Zootopia 2 has been a highly anticipated film since the release of the first one in 2016. The first film focuses on Judy Hopps, voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin, a rabbit who joins the local police force and, together with a career con artist named Nick Wilde, voiced by Jason Bateman, attempts to investigate the disappearance of predators from the community. The second film picks up with Nick becoming Judy’s partner as a cop himself. This new film also highlights new Volkswagen models along with a national commercial.
Volkswagen Models Featured in Zootopia 2
Volkswagen collaborated with the animation studio to create animated versions of the ID.3, ID.4, and ID.7 Tourer, which are made by Wolfswagen, a play on Volkswagen and the company’s headquarters in Wolfsburg, Germany. In Germany, the advertising campaign showcases the Golf, ID.7 Tourer, and T-Cross.
